PRAXIUM WORKSPACE / CHANNELS
Build something worth watching.
Your channels
From idea to a responsible launch
Adding a workspace starts draft preparation. A completed checklist does not grant monetization or override a publishing hold.
- Define the audience
Give each channel a distinct promise, editorial lane and review budget.
- Connect the exact YouTube channel
Use Google consent. Match the returned channel ID; never share a Google password.
- Resolve account standing
Verify ownership, restrictions and any official reinstatement before creating channels or publishing.
- Research before production
Check primary sources, rights and the value this video adds. Model drafts are unverified proposals.
- Watch a complete pilot
Review narration, pacing, mobile visuals, captions and disclosures. Correct problems before release.
- Approve one exact release
Use the existing release workflow. Changed video files or metadata require a fresh review.
- Measure before expanding
Track retention, returning viewers, costs and actual earned revenue. Review YouTube policies weekly.
Workspace security
- Individual accounts and verified authenticator setup
- Admin / editor / viewer permissions enforced by the server
- Expiring invitations, revocable sessions and access logs
- HTTPS with an encrypted connection to the studio PC
- No automatic publishing or approval from checklist notes
Recovery and updates remain operational responsibilities. No system is immune to every attack.
People & permissions
Viewer: read and review. Editor: add workspaces and prepare drafts. Admin: manage people and connections. Everyone must use two-factor authentication.
Google connection setup
Use a Web application OAuth client from your Google Cloud project. Register this exact redirect URI:
This enables read-only channel identification. Publishing permissions require a separate, reviewed connection. Do not enter a Google account password.
